We honor the fact that all of us have different priorities, especially when making major decisions about the welfare of our oral health. Before your first appointment you may want to ask yourself the following questions:
1. Do I like my smile?
2. Do my gums bleed when I brush?
3. Does floss get caught between some of my teeth?
4. Am I concerned about any spaces or gaps between my teeth?
5. How do I feel about the color of my teeth?
6. If over 18 years old, do I still have my wisdom teeth?
7. Are any of my teeth chipped or broken?
8. Do I grind my teeth at night?
9. Do I have frequent headaches or migraines?
10. Are there any health or medical issues that would affect my dental care? (If you are taking any prescriptions, please bring that information with you to your dental appointment.)

Payment is due at the time of services. We accept credit cards, checks, or cash. There is a day of service courtesy allowance on checks and cash. We also accept CareCredit.

If you have dental insurance, please bring your dental ID card with you. We will file your dental insurance claims as a courtesy. Dental benefit plans are a contract between your employer or plan sponsor, and your third party insurance company. Your dental plan is designed to share in your dental care costs. It may not cover the total cost of your treatment plan. There are no regulations as to how insurance companies determine reimbursement levels, resulting in a wide variation of actual % of the charges that is reimbursed. We will do our upmost to provide reasonably accurate pre-treatment estimates and to help you to understand your dental plan.
